​​​​Do we need a VISA? Yes, you will need to have your VISAs to travel to foreign countries outside of the USA. We recommend booking your trip at least 3-4 months in advance to give time to secure your travel VISA.

Do you provide Airfare? No, we do not provide airfare accommodations, but we will help you to find the best deals for your budget. ​

Do I really need traveler's insurance? We highly recommend traveler's insurance for non-domestic travelers. There are also options available for emergency medical care.​​

Are any vaccinations required? By law, you are required to have your Yellow Fever vaccination. If you do not agree with vaccinating for religious reasons, we will gladly assist you in obtaining the proper documentation to avoid the enforced vaccines. We strongly recommend Malaria vaccinations and/or Malaria prevention medications. (We will not be responsible for or at fault for any hospital or medical attention necessities.)

Will you provide transportation? Yes, we will provide transportation to and from the airport. We will provide transportation on all Guided Tours. If you do not wish to attend the Guided Tours-You will be responsible for your own fares.

Will you offer any refunds? We pride ourselves on transparency and we do accommodate refunds. The refunds can only be requested if there is an outstanding reasoning for the cancellation of your trip. We strictly enforce deposits which are non-refundable. If your cancellation is within 24-36 hours before your trip--you will be subjected to pay the full value for your trip.
